Rigoli Smash drives its core values on making sure our customers are confident and satisfied with the Rigoli Service throughout the entire repair process of their vehicle.

We understand the need and care owners have towards their vehicles no matter how new or mature they may be. Over the years we have tailored our services to allow a transparent and informative process for customer while their vehicle are being repaired.

We have an internal Customer Care program that makes sure our customers receive an exclusive services pre, during and post repair of their vehicles. Various client relationship tools drive this program such as SMS communications. We also allocate a Customer Care Manager to each client who keeps the customer updated and informed.
